1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Slate (slate.cam) or the Shot Builder Workbench, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue using the platform.
2. Creative Ownership & Prompts
You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all prompts, shot configurations, recipes, and creative ideas you engineer using Slate. We do not claim any copyright or license over your prompts or your generated visual outputs.
3. Pro Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) grant access to advanced optical presets, lighting controls, movie look matching, and unlimited cloud synchronization. Subscriptions are billed through our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Creem (Creem.io). You may cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app billing portal.
4. Service Availability & Disclaimers
Slate is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and continuous reliability, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee generation outputs from external AI services (e.g. Midjourney, OpenAI, Runway) as their models and prompt parsers evolve independently.
